John came to EOS after spending 30 years in the corporate world. Having led operations and assisted teams globally, he realized his passion was in helping teams, but he was disillusioned by the bureaucracy. This led him to start his own coaching business. While working with clients, he consistently observed recurring issues: lack of vision, absence of planning, constant firefighting, long hours, and people problems. Upon discovering EOS, he now leverages its power along with his extensive experience to help his clients achieve their business and life goals.
